Site Ox 

Uploading your site can be done in many ways, but the most popular is FTP, which stands for File Transfer Protocol.

When your web site hosting account was created at Site Ox, you were provided with an FTP account.  From your computer, you can use an FTP client program such as ftp, CuteFTP, or WS_FTP to login to your account at Site Ox and upload your files.  Once these files are uploaded, they are immediately live and operational.
