The Site Ox Comany Weekly Video Contest

1. To Enter: Weekly contest begins each Monday at 12:00:01 AM CT starting on November 24, 2008 and ends on the following Sunday at 11:59:59 PM CT. This contest may be terminated at any time without notice. To enter, visit www.siteox.com and register as a user. Then login to www.siteox.com using your new user login name and click on the "Site Ox Weekly Contest" link. Complete the online entry form and upload an original live-action or animated comedic Video that you have created. Directions will be provided online for the format requirements and uploading instructions for your Video submission ("Video"). Videos must be no longer than five minutes in length. Videos must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET each Sunday to be eligible for that week's judging and any subsequent judgings. Non-winning entries (including nominees not determined as Finalists) will be carried forward into subsequent weeks and will keep the initial judging score and will not be re-judged each week. You may enter as often as you wish but each entry must be unique. Videos must be in the format indicated on the site and all videos must meet the submission rules on the site. Any Video that is not of satisfactory quality (e.g., brightness, focus, volume) will likely be rejected, at Judges' sole discretion. Any entry not in compliance with the above will be disqualified. Entries will not be returned and the Site Ox Company will not acknowledge receipt of entries.

2. Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees and families of the Site Ox Company, it's parent companies affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. All United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Judgings: All eligible Videos will be evaluated by representatives of the Site Ox Company, to determine one winner each week. Judging will take place on or about each Monday of each week during the contest period. Videos will be evaluated according to the following judging criteria: Originality and Creativity (30 points), Most Humorous (40 points) and Overall Entertainment Value (30 points). In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-judged based solely on Most Humorous. Judges will select one winner each week during the Contest Period. Judges will consist of representatives from the Site Ox Company.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV): Twelve (12) months free web site hosting (ARV: $95.40) Winners will also have their Videos posted on www.YouTube.com. The Contest (and the awarding of prizes) is expressly contingent upon a sufficient number of eligible entries being received by the Site Ox company, as determined by the Site Ox Company in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by the Site Ox Company who reserves the right to award a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable or if, for any reason beyond the Site Ox Company's control, the stated prize is unable to be awarded. Winners will be notified by e-mail. The Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Assignment of Rights and where legal, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification attempt, which will be sent via overnight UPS with a pre-paid UPS overnight return enclosed, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner determined. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate winner determination. Taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. The Site Ox Company assumes no responsibility or liability, for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

5. General Rules: Entries must be entrant's own original work, have not won a previous prize or award and have not been previously published and must not infringe on any third-party rights. Each Entrant grants to the Site Ox Company the right to use, publish, and broadcast his/her name, voice, picture, portrait, image, likeness and Video in all media and types of advertising and promotion. Any entry deemed unsuitable will be disqualified in Judges' sole discretion. Entrants acknowledge that they give and grant to the Site Ox Company and their assigns and licensees, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, transmit, post, publish and broadcast the Video, in whole or in part, including any ideas, concepts, excerpts, in any form of media now known or hereafter developed for any purpose, including without limitation, the advertising, marketing and promotion of the Site Ox Company. Furthermore, Entrants agree that the foregoing license shall be nonexclusive except Entrants give and grant to the Site Ox Company the exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, publish and broadcast the Video through all forms of television, including but not limited to cable, satellite, and industrial. Contest participation constitutes permission for the Site Ox Company to share the participants' information with any of their partners (for prize fulfillment and future marketing programs). All entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Site Ox Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Web Site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SITE OX COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Site Ox Company and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the submissions in this Contest. the Site Ox Company reserves the right to cancel the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted, and judge entries from the eligible online entries received prior to cancellation. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the the Site Ox Company and judges, which are final and binding.

6. Winners' List: Winning videos will be posted as they are determined on www.siteox.com and www.YouTube.com.

7. Limitation of Liability: ENTRANTS HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE SITE OX COMPANY AND THEIR ASSIGNS AND LICENSEES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR USE OF THE VIDEO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY OR RIGHT OF PUBLICITY. THE SITE OX COMPANY NOR THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AS WELL AS THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR GOODWILL. IN ALL EVENTS, THE SOLE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE SITE OX COMPANY, AND IT'S RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE APPROX. RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZES SET FORTH HEREIN.
