Then click on the  My Hosting Packages  My Hosting Packages link in the menu along the left hand site of the page.

Next, click on the "View Details" button associated with the web site hosting package for which you want to obtain the cPanel user name/password.

Look for the section labeled "Login Details", your cPanel user name/password will be displayed there.  You may click on the button labeled "Login to cPanel" or go to your cPanel URL described above to gain access to cPanel for this web site.

Once you login to cPanel for this web site, look for the section labeled "Software / Services" and the icon named "RVSiteBuilder".  Click on this icon to begin building your template based web site.

You may also build your web site by transfering your files from your computer to your web site using ftp, sftp, scp, or a webdisk connection.  To utilize these mechanisms view the tutorials associated with these mechanism listed in your cPanel for your web site.  Look in the cPanel "Security" section for SSH based mechanisms, and look in the cPanel "Files" section for webdisk, ftp, and file manager based mechanisms of transfering files from your computer to your web site.
